These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you, the person using this website, and Fabian Martinez, who owns and runs Bruv ("Bruv," "we," "us"). A Texas limited liability company is being formed to own Bruv. Once it is registered, it takes over these Terms and we will name it here. You agree we may assign these Terms to that company. By using this site, you agree to these Terms.
1. What This Site Is
This site describes Bruv, an AI assistant, and the lines of work it is built for. It is information only. Nothing is for sale here. Each Bruv app that opens to users has its own terms, which apply to that app. For Bruv Aviation, read the Bruv Aviation Terms Of Service.
2. Educational Reference Only
Read this part. Bruv is an educational and reference tool. It is not legal, medical, financial, tax or professional advice, and it is not a substitute for the advice of an attorney or another licensed professional. Bruv is not an A&P mechanic or IA, not a doctor or nurse, not a credentialed coder and not a lawyer. It never signs, approves, diagnoses, bills or files anything. The licensed person, or the owner of the device, makes the call.
3. AI Disclosure
Bruv apps use artificial intelligence to write answers. AI answers can be incomplete, out of date or wrong. Always read the official source Bruv points to and check that it is the current version before you rely on it.
4. Live, Demo And Coming
Lines marked "Demo" are private demos, not open to the public. Lines marked "Coming" are not built yet. Describing a line on this site is not a promise that it will launch, launch on any date, or work in any particular way.
5. Not Affiliated
Bruv is not affiliated with, approved by or endorsed by the FAA, CMS, AMA, HHS, OSHA or any agency. Names of agencies and public sources are used only to say where official information comes from.
6. Using This Site
Don't use this site to break the law, attack or overload it, or copy it to pass off as your own.
7. Our Property
This site, the Bruv name and marks (BRUV™), and the Bruv character art belong to Fabian Martinez and will be assigned to the Bruv company once it is registered. Fonts are used under the SIL Open Font License. Public government material stays public.
8. Links
This site links to other websites, including bruvaviation.com and official government pages. We are not responsible for sites we don't run.
9. Disclaimer Of Warranties
THIS SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON INFRINGEMENT.
10. Limitation Of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, BRUV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS SITE OR RELIANCE ON IT, AND BRUV'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THIS SITE WILL NOT EXCEED $100.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Brazoria County, Texas.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. When we do, we change the effective date above. Using the site after that means you accept the updated Terms.
