This policy covers this website, the Bruv house site. It is run by Fabian Martinez, who owns Bruv ("Bruv," "we," "us"). A Texas limited liability company is being formed to own Bruv, and it takes over this policy once it is registered. Plain version: this site collects nothing about you. No accounts, no forms, no cookies of our own, no analytics, no ads and no trackers.
What This Site Collects
Nothing. This site has no sign up, no contact form, no cookies of our own and no tracking or analytics tools. Its fonts and images are served from the site itself, so reading it does not send your browser to any other company, such as a font or analytics service.
Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare keeps standard server logs (such as the time of a request, the page asked for, and your IP address) to deliver and secure the site. Cloudflare may also set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots and attacks. We do not use those logs or that cookie to track you.
If You Email Us
To reach us from this site, email support@bruvaviation.com. If you email us, we get your email address and whatever you write, delivered through our email provider. We keep it to reply to you, including to let you know when Bruv opens if you ask us to. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list. Ask us any time and we will delete it.
AI Disclosure
This website does not use AI and does not send anything you do here to an AI provider. The Bruv apps do use AI to write answers, through a third party AI provider (Anthropic, which provides the Claude AI models). Each Bruv app has its own privacy policy that says what it sends and when. For Bruv Aviation, read the Bruv Aviation Privacy Policy. The medical coding and home tech help lines are private demos today and are not open to the public.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not show ads.
- We do not use advertising or tracking tools, and we do not track you across other websites or apps.
- We do not ask for passwords, card numbers, banking details or patient information, here or by email. Please don't send them.

This site links to bruvaviation.com and may link to official government pages. Those sites have their own privacy practices.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete information about you. Since this site collects nothing, what we may hold is limited to any email you sent us. Email us and we'll help.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. The home tech help line is for adults 18 and up. If we learn a child under 13 emailed us, we will delete it.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States.
Changes To This Policy
If this site ever starts collecting anything (for example, a sign up form or analytics), we will update this page and the effective date before it does.
